Industrial Maintenance Technician | Raymore, MO
Pay Rate: $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 PM–4:30 AM
LSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background to support daily facility operations. This is a temporary position for up to 5 months , with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair tasks
- Support equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
- Assist with maintaining industrial equipment and machinery
- Support general facility operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
- Experience working on industrial equipment and machinery
- Strong mechanical background and hands-on mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work on and off the ground as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn
- $27 per hour
- 4-day work week
- 3-day weekends
- Potential for a long-term opportunity
- Work with a supportive and experienced team
