Position Summary

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is clinically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about prevention-focused care . In this role, you'll have 60 minutes with each patient , modern tools at your fingertips, and the autonomy to provide the care you know is best . This position offers top pay for your expertise and a schedule that supports work-life balance and personal time .

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and therapeutic hygiene services, including:
• Prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• Perform comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take and review digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home-care routines
• Maintain clear, compliant digital patient records
• Support implant and sedation procedures as needed
• Ensure patient comfort with a calm, professional chairside manner
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and patient experience

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RDH license
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and committed to patient-first care
• Comfortable working in a modern, collaborative practice setting
