Production Ministry Lead

POSITION : Production Ministry Lead CAMPUS : Littleton DEPARTMENT: Production REPORTS TO: Denver Production Dept. Head Responsibilities Maintain all production systems/equipment in proper working order, ready for service and event use inauditorium, youth room , and Kids ministry rooms. Responsible for executing the Weekend Experience services through set up, leading production teams, calling cues/transitions, coordinating with staff, pastors and worship team to address production needs. Oversee campus production volunteer team in the areas of scheduling, training, shepherding, Ensure equipment is secure when not in use, by properly powering down, storing covering or what’sappropriate for each item. Maintain the high standard production values in each service and events. Work directly with CP, worship leaders, and staff on normal week to week technology needs. Responsible for implementing Central guidelines, strategies, and training protocols at the campus levelas defined by the Central Production Team and Director. Works with the Production Director on special events and other projects beyond the local campusneeds. IT and technology support/assistance when needed. Work with Production Director on creating capital/operating budgets, needs assessments, requests, and then spending within that appropriate budget. Assisting the Creative Team projects as needed.
