Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire general production workers to join their team!

These roles are full-time, long-term roles with full benefits available after completion of probation period. We are looking for CAREER oriented individuals for these roles. We currently have openings on1st (M-F), 2nd (M-F), 3rd (SU - TH), weekend days (F-SU) and weekend night (F-SU) shifts!

Candidates will be working in a manufacturing setting making various small parts. Candidates will be operating machines, doing basic inspection, finishing and packaging products. Most of the parts are small in size and there is not a whole lot of heavy lifting involved with the roles. Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of different duties as needed.

We are looking for candidates with 6+ months of manufacturing / production experience. The type of experience is not really all that important as we will train candidates who are willing to learn and want to work in a manufacturing setting!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Litchfield, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
