Software Solutions Architect

Job Summary: The Software Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable software solutions primarily focused on Salesforce and related technologies. This role involves gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, developing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals. The position supports a hybrid work schedule and requires strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing. Develop and maintain Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services solutions. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in virtual and in-person interviews and collaborate with vendor representatives as needed. Support enterprise-level implementations and contribute to architecture design and documentation. Required Skills & Certifications: Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development. Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines aligned with organizational goals. 2-3 Salesforce certifications. Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Ability to work onsite in Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles). Preferred Skills & Certifications: Salesforce Architect certification. Experience working on enterprise-level implementations. Database-related certifications. Special Considerations: Hybrid work schedule with mandatory onsite days on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Remote work allowed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Candidate must be located within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan at time of submission.
