Paris Baguette is bringing its signature bakery café experience to Alpharetta, and we're looking for Cake Decorators to help launch our newest location.
As a Cake Decorator, you'll help create beautiful, high-quality cakes that make celebrations special. If you enjoy hands-on creative work, have an eye for detail, and like working in a fast-paced bakery environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills with us.
Please Note: The Alpharetta café is currently under development. All Cake Decorators will complete paid training at an existing Paris Baguette location prior to the grand opening. Candidates must be available to travel to the designated training café during onboarding.

What You'll Do

• Decorate cakes following Paris Baguette standards and design guidelines
• Prepare frostings, fillings, and decorative elements
• Assist with cake assembly, finishing, piping, and writing messages
• Help complete custom and special cake orders
• Ensure cakes meet quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Follow production schedules to support daily business needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
• Properly store, rotate, and label ingredients and finished products
• Support bakery production and team operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in cake decorating, bakery, pastry, or food service.
• Willingness to learn cake decorating techniques and grow skills
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to be trained

We welcome candidates to share photos of any cake decorating or creative work, if available. A portfolio is not required, but it can help us better understand your skills and style.
