Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will have the opportunity to work in various departments including Receiving/Unloading, Scanning/Inventory, and Packing/Shipping. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to safety and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Unload trailers using pallet jacks or carts.
• Sort incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and cable boxes.
• Scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners and ensure accurate logging of product serial numbers.
• Pack tested products into boxes, label packages for outbound shipping.
• Follow work instructions and meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
• Comply with safety standards and company policies.

Essential Skills: Not require but is a Plus:

• Proficiency in using RF scanners and computers.
• Familiarity with inventory control and material handling.
• Experience in warehouse inventory and cycle counts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic computer or scanner use experience.
• Eager to learn new things and be at work every day.

Work Environment:

Work in a climate-controlled, clean, and organized environment. The job requires standing all day, with no sit-down positions available. The company enforces a strict 'No Beep Policy', requiring employees to avoid wearing items that set off metal detectors. Please note that cell phones are not allowed during work hours.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.81/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
