Inventory Control Associate

Location: Westampton, NJ (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time SundayThursday 5:00 PM 1:30 AM Occasional overtime available

Job Summary: The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory balances and supporting inventory management processes to ensure optimal service levels. This role combines warehouse operations and administrative tasks, with approximately 75% warehouse work and 25% office work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock balances
• Record daily inventory transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate issues impacting operations
• Utilize RF devices and inventory systems to track inventory movement
• Review and follow daily safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Assist with inventory reporting and documentation
• Perform additional inventory and warehouse-related duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory data
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• 03 years of warehouse, inventory control, or related experience
• Experience reconciling warehouse inventory systems
• Experience operating warehouse equipment

Tools/Environment:

• RF scanning devices
• Crown Order Picker (up to 40 feet high)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Dry warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 60F to 90F
• Casual work attire permitted (appropriate warehouse attire required)
• Steel toe boots/shoes highly recommended
• Combination of warehouse and office work (75% warehouse / 25% office)
