Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities Champion Patient‑Centered Care: Ensure delivery of high‑quality, safe, and patient‑centric services while promoting initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence Lead and Inspire Teams: Energize staff around new initiatives, foster creativity and collaboration, and manage conflicts across clinical and non‑clinical teams Community Engagement: Support the practice's charitable mission by partnering with schools, social services, and health‑based agencies to improve community health Clinical and Operational Leadership: Supervise physicians and APCs, oversee orientation and mentoring, contribute to hiring decisions, and collaborate on departmental budgeting and practice finances What makes an Optum organization different?
