As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including medication administration, wound care, and daily living assistance Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication and team collaboration Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing or related field preferred.
