With 38 offices located in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, PRG offers the ability to provide services worldwide by collaborating with our local partners.ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of a team of Accounts Receivable Specialist focused on Billing, Credit, and/or Collections. The AR Supervisor manages the team mailbox, and distributes work assignments and accounts, as well as provides second level support on issues and client inquiries escalated by their team or internal and external customers. The AR Supervisor runs regular reports to ensure a high quality of work from their team, and provides reporting and analysis to AR management and Account Executives/Project Managers as appropriate.Essential functionsAssists management with creating, implementing and maintaining department policies and Standard Operating Procedures.Oversees the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.Monitors shared mailboxReviews emails for proper responsesProvides support to the team when inbox becomes unmanageableProvides feedback on areas of improvement related to processes or systemsConducts regular team meetings for purposes of education, goal monitoring and feedback. Maintains and distribute meeting notes.Ensuring proper paperwork is received, processed correctly, and saved properlyAssists with clients' questions and/or concernsAnalyzes risks – provides management with reports to request client payment termsMonitors COD accountsAssists management with accomplishing AR human resource objectives by selecting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; and manage performance.Weekly review and approval of timecards.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent spoken communication skill and writing skillsExcellent customers service skillsUnderstanding credit worthiness and termsAbility to read through legal documentsProblem SolvingAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail OrientedDiscretion and ability to keep confidential information securePhysical demandsSits for long periods of timeUse of computer and key board for 8+ hours per dayAble to lift 5 to 10 lbsRequired education and experienceHighschool diploma or equivalent education5+ years experience working in Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable or equivalent role2+ years experience in a supervisory position is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel. Word, Outlook)Proficiency working in Oracle (Fusion)Knowledge and experience of basic accounting is a plusEEO and DisclosureCA, CO, IL, NY, NJ and NV: The pay range for this position is estimated to be $69,000 - $73,000. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data.
