Registered Nurse - Family Birth Center

Job Description Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Family Birth Center team. Your role will help create a positive client experience for patients and families. Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, caregivers, groups, and other providers to deliver safe, quality healthcare. This includes direct care and supervising delegated tasks such as Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed personnel. Work Schedule 0.9 FTE – Overnight shift with every 3rd weekend (12‑hour shifts). Required Qualifications Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and generally expected within two years of hire. 2 years of RN Labor & Delivery experience. Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License. BLS provider status per American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Knowledge of age‑related growth and development principles necessary for patient safety.
