The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, security, and performance while providing technical support to internal teams. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers. Manage Active Directory and Group Policy. Administer DNS, DHCP, and file servers. Monitor server performance and system health. Perform backups and disaster recovery planning. Apply Windows updates and security patches. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Create and maintain technical documentation. Ensure compliance with IT security standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Azure Administrator) are preferred.
