Supplier Performance & Logistics Finance Associate Director - M6 - (Hybrid)

Position Overview Supplier Performance and Logistics Finance Associate Director – a high‑visibility role focused on financially enabling Raytheon’s acceleration of production in a supply‑constrained defense market. The position sits at the intersection of Raytheon’s supply base and the financial resources needed to support and scale existing material backlog. Key Responsibilities Provide analytical support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics teams. Accelerate material into Raytheon’s factories by supporting near‑term investment initiatives such as expedite agreements, capacity investment incentives, supplier CORE engagements, and more. Financially enable acceleration incentives on all critically constrained backlog material, evaluating economic considerations from the supplier’s perspective and Raytheon ROI. Lead the small‑business capacity risk mitigation and investment workstream. Identify and implement opportunities to accelerate material backlog in partnership with OSCQ Strategy Finance, S&OP, and OSCQ SBU Finance. Provide budgetary support to Supplier Performance Excellence and Logistics functions, including Forecast, AOP, LRP, and Pool EACs (direct, indirect, CER pools). Monitor warehouse and transportation utilization and proactively model volume‑driven Logistics’ financial needs. Support Supplier Engineering and Supplier Quality activities with ad‑hoc financial/data modeling, including external supplier engagement as necessary. Act as a strategic business partner for ad‑hoc financial/data modeling needs. Drive financial performance by identifying key success enablers for Operations and other downstream functions. Stand up a team and design cross‑functional, results‑oriented business processes. Influence without authority and build consensus among executive‑level stakeholders. Travel to suppliers and work with embedded Raytheon Engineering and Quality support. Lead others in turning complex data into clear insights that drive action. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience. Experience in analytical, problem‑solving, modeling, and executive communication skills. Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required). Preferred Qualifications Higher education in Finance, business, or related field. Negotiations experience in Supply Chain or related field. Strategic deal experience. Proven ability to create broad‑based consensus through influential communication. Benefits Salary Range: 157,200USD – 298,800USD (based on experience and qualifications).
