Global Account Management Opportunity

This is a highly visible Global Account Management opportunity focused on a major semiconductor customer. The role will serve as the primary commercial interface between the customer and the organization's global business units, coordinating strategy, growth initiatives, product expansion efforts, and executive-level relationships across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will possess a rare blend of technical expertise and commercial leadership, allowing them to engage effectively with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders while driving long-term business growth.

• Own and develop strategic relationships across a major semiconductor account on a global basis.
• Build and execute multi-year account growth plans focused on revenue expansion and increased product penetration.
• Partner with business leaders, operations teams, engineering groups, and regional sales organizations to ensure alignment on customer strategy.
• Serve as the primary advocate for customer requirements and communicate market needs throughout the organization.
• Lead commercial discussions involving product roadmaps, business development opportunities, pricing strategies, and long-term partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support technical qualifications, quality initiatives, supply chain challenges, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain executive-level relationships across customer organizations and drive engagement at multiple decision-making levels.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities tied to key account growth objectives.
• Deliver regular business reviews and strategic updates to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced technical degree (MS, MBA, PhD) highly valued.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments and materials utilized throughout wafer fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with semiconductor process chemistries and advanced materials applications.
• 10+ years account management or commercial experience within the chemical and semiconductor industry.
• Proven success managing strategic or global customer relationships.
• Experience selling technical products, materials, or solutions into semiconductor manufacturers.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Track record developing long-term customer partnerships and driving account growth.
