Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time in Titusville, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a healthcare-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements; document entries and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence and following confidentiality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
