Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Participate in unit-based performance improvement activities and support quality care initiatives.
• Float between like units as required to maintain staffing needs and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California, with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma facility is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Epic charting system for clinical documentation.
• Ability to work every other weekend and flexible to meet the needs of the facility.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex patient cases.
