Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting within an acute care hospital
Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic electronic health record system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality ICU patient care
Float between like units within the facility or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed
Participate in holiday coverage, working 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
Required Qualifications
Valid, active California RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Trauma Level II experience required
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proficiency with Epic charting system
Willingness to float between units and/or nearby affiliate facilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Experience working in a high-volume acute care hospital environment
