Production Worker – Final Assembly / Crating (1st & 2nd Shift)

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Drug Screen Required

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join our Final Assembly team on either 1st or 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for final assembly, packaging, and building wooden crates for finished products. Candidates with construction, carpentry, or crating experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as crate building and protective packaging are key responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly according to work instructions and quality standards
• Build wooden crates and protective packaging for finished products
• Measure, cut, and assemble crate materials for safe shipment
• Package completed products for outbound delivery
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and completeness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist other production departments as needed

Qualifications

• Construction, carpentry, or crating experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, lifting, and material handling

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production setting
• Regular use of hand and power tools
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
