1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm), 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) & 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a plastics/molded parts manufacturing company in Delano, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality molded components by operating machines, assembling parts, and packaging finished products in a clean, production-focused environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, repetitive tasks, and working evening or overnight shifts with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:

• Remove finished parts from production machines
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Assemble parts using basic hand tools, screws, nuts, and bolts
• Package and label completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a machine operator or production role in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable using basic hand or power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Must have reliable transportation to the Delano area
