Compliance Attorney

Seeking a full-time Compliance & Ethics Business and Regulatory Investigations Attorney for a remote, 3-month contract engagement, who will lead internal investigations focused on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes. Key responsibilities Conduct internal investigations from planning through report drafting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Perform investigation interviews and review documents, sharing outcomes with corporate stakeholders Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-starter qualities Required qualifications At least five years of experience in internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations Experience drafting investigation plans and reports Prior experience at an Amlaw 200 law firm or Fortune 50 publicly-traded company preferred Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders Outstanding references demonstrating professional integrity and empathy
