Labor & Employment Attorney - Associate - Management Side Advice & Counsel

Our successful and growing client firm is seeking a fourth or fifth year Labor & Employment Associate to join its management side practice. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who enjoys advice and counsel work and is seeking greater client exposure, mentorship, and responsibility.

Working closely with experienced labor and employment partners, you will advise employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employee relations, wage and hour compliance, accommodations and leave issues, workplace investigations, policy development, employee discipline and termination decisions, restrictive covenants, employee onboarding and separation matters, executive employment issues, and risk management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of labor and employment experience, including substantial advice and counsel work, strong writing and analytical abilities, excellent client counseling skills, and admission to the New York Bar. Compensation includes a base salary of $215,000 to $230,000, plus a generous hours based bonus and an outstanding benefits package.
