Labor Employment Associate

Labor & Employment Associate – New York Our client, a premier AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to join its New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a management-side employment litigator to work on a sophisticated and varied caseload in a highly regarded practice group. The estimated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 3-6 years of management-side law firm experience in employment litigation Experience in single-plaintiff actions involving discrimination, harassment, restrictive covenants/trade secret misappropriation, and whistleblowing Experience in employment class actions and wage-and-hour collective actions Experience conducting internal investigations, responding to demand letters, and drafting position statements Experience handling discovery, including eDiscovery; researching and drafting motions and briefs Experience preparing for and taking/defending depositions and working with expert witnesses Experience advising on workplace law issues including wage and hour, ADA accommodations, employment and separation agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies Strong academic credentials required #J-18808-Ljbffr Marina Sirras & Associates LLC
