Draft and negotiate employment, retention, and related agreements. Advise on reductions in force, terminations, and compliance with global employment laws. Partner with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver seamless, world-class service. What We're Looking For 3+ years of employment counseling experience (international experience strongly preferred). JD from a nationally recognized law school. Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you apply. Strong analytical, writing, and business judgment skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location Location: Flexible across U.S. offices, with preference for San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago, New York, or Austin . Compensation Compensation: Competitive salary on Cravath Scale and benefits package. $260k-$420k Why Join?
