About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in account management, client relations, sales, business development, customer success, or a related field.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities and will work with eligible employees to establish a schedule that fits their availability and existing employment commitments, where operationally feasible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.

• Participate in virtual meetings, training, and team communications.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be currently employed at the time of application.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management, client relations, sales, business development, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, video conferencing, and standard business software.
• Senior-level or management experience preferred.
