Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within educational settings
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP processes, and therapy intervention strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with educators, parents, and staff
• Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with school goals
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Consult with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure cohesive support
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide education and resources to school personnel and caregivers as needed
