Braun Medical, visit ( Position Summary: The Clinical Manager, Customer Training is responsible for leading the development and delivery of clinical education programs for customers, ensuring safe, effective use of products, therapies, or services. This role combines clinical expertise with training strategy, focusing on enhancing customer competency, improving patient outcomes, and supporting product adoption. The Clinical Manager partners cross-functionally with clinical operations, sales, product, and regulatory teams to design and implement training curricula that align with evidence-based practice and organizational goals. They oversee training initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: Coach Clinical Educators in the field to ensure optimal delivery of customer education initiatives Serves as a product resource expert/mentor for direct reports while in customer accounts performingeducation/training activities Set goals and objectives for team members to gain certifications/credentials/expertise for continuous development Utilize personnel management tools (omnicoach) to document and provide feedback to direct reports on a regular basis. Continuously evaluating new methods of delivering training to enhance classroom training, unit based training, virtual training etc. Gains input and trend information from major clinical groups Continuously evaluates new and existing data collection tools to ensure that customer feedback is captured and shared internally as part of the continuous improvement initiatives. To gain access to our Healthcare Customers clinical settings, field sales, field service, and other customer facing professionals are required to register with the vendor credentialing organization associated with the Healthcare Customers, complete the Healthcare Customers' required process, and undergo a series of clearances. Vendor credentialing clearances include, but are not limited to, a national criminal background check, drug screening, and immunizations as determined by the vendors, which may include, but are not limited to, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, and COVID-19. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination. As such, all individuals in this position assigned to a Healthcare Customer with a COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, or other vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers' requirements.
