About the Position Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs and direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary repairs, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Using the digital dashboard, Managers can track personal success and watch weekly earnings grow as they lead by example to reinforce Midas's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/remove items weighing over 50 pounds.
