We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Recruiter - Direct Hire - to join our growing team. Position Overview: As an Executive Recruiter at Search Solution Group, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various-level positions. You will work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs, source top talent, and facilitate a seamless recruiting experience from start to finish. This is a direct hire position, and you will be responsible for handling various-level searches, building relationships with both clients and candidates, and driving successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment across various industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and utilizing recruitment databases. Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client requirements. Provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings as needed. Negotiate compensation packages and manage the offer process for candidates. Track and report on key performance metrics related to recruiting activities and placements. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future searches. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market compensation rates, and talent pools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in direct hire or full-cycle recruitment. Proven track record of successfully placing candidates. Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Why Join Search Solution Group?
