• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching, and training
• Demonstrate and cultivate Godfather's Mission, Values and Culture at the store level
• Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
• Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit/loss statements
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy

• A college degree is preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's License
• You'll need basic math skills
• There will be times when you may have to do some heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• One or more years of restaurant management experience is preferred
• Some positions (and locations) may require you to get a food handler permit; don't worry – we cover the cost.
