Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Physician Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a; Physician Coverage: 24 hours/day
• Job Setting: Emergency Medicine; Trauma Level IV; Annual Volume: 31,000; EMR: Medhost
• Types of Cases: Emergency Medicine
• Credentialing: Approximate privileging timeframe: 90 days; expedited privileges available for clean files. Two years of case logs and two years of CME/CEU documentation required. Active Texas license required prior to presentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in EM, FM, IM, or GS
• Certifications: Non-EM Board Certified physicians must have: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS. Immunizations required: TB (within 12 months), COVID, Flu Vaccination (within 12 months), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B. Malpractice Coverage: $1M / $3M required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License; Active Texas DEA with Texas address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, & 5
