Software Support Analyst

Requirements Must have: We require a high school diploma or equivalent. We need a solid grasp of core accounting concepts, including GAAP, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accrual and cash basis accounting, and financial reporting. We expect familiarity with banking terminology and operational processes. Experience with business payment networks, such as ACH/NACHA rules and wire transfers, is preferred. We look for at least 2 years of software support experience. We require proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. We need strong written and verbal communication skills. We value someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. We seek a self-starter who is committed to exceeding customer expectations. Strong analytical thinking is important. You should be able to break down situations systematically and understand how the parts relate to one another. Familiarity with the community association industry and Salesforce is a plus. Responsibilities: We reproduce customer issues to identify the root cause and determine the right corrective action. We resolve customer problems that do not require involvement from the development team. We document customer requests for changes or enhancements, route them to the appropriate team, and keep customers informed. We provide accurate, professional support by email or phone, including step-by-step guidance on system use. We build strong customer relationships so our company is recognized for exceptional service and support. We create user documentation for frequently asked questions. We train customers and internal staff to strengthen end-user capabilities and reduce repeat cases. We assist the training and implementation teams when needed.
