Executive Sales Representative

Description The Executive Sales Representative is responsible for developing and implementing a plan for maximizing net sales ofIntra-SanaLaboratories products. The Executive Sales Representative will conduct their business with key targeted healthcare providers and work closely with specialty pharmacies. Duties & Responsibilities Meet and/or exceed sales goals. Analyze territory data and past relationships with customers to optimize a call plan. Utilize product knowledge and selling skills to influence HCP prescribing habits and grow the territory prescription volume/net sales. Educate HCPs and staff on the specialty pharmacy model. Develop a business plan to optimize the use of key resources and funds for in-office meals. Complete all administrative responsibilities as directed by management. Successfully complete all Sales Training requirements. Perform allIntra-SanaLaboratories business in accordance with all regulations andIntra-Sana’spolicy and procedures. Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts. Qualifications Four-year college/university degree Previous Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience is required. 2+ years of experience preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience working with a specialty pharmacy network is preferred. Strong understanding of the payer landscape, and the ability to discuss managed care criteria. Experience in the planning and execution of launch and push and pull through strategies for new products. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong planning and organizational skills are required.
