Restaurant Operations Director

Chick-fil-A Reynoldsburg is seeking an Restaurant Director with the ability to provide operational oversight and strong leadership to its large team. This person will be in a leadership position where they will have the opportunity to lead, grow, and serve. This individual will have their hand in multiple aspects of the restaurant from managing a department to business planning and strategizing. The ultimate goal for this person is to work alongside other Leaders to play a key role in growing the business and holding the team accountable. This opportunity is far greater than “fast food” but is an opportunity for a key individual to impact the day to day team members and business functions of a Chick-fil-A restaurant. This leader will be intentionally developed, and long-term this individual will have the opportunity to serve as a top leader in an even larger capacity. Responsibilities Work in the operations overseeing and supervising daily systems and processes Enthusiastically lead and positively impact the team through mentoring, coaching, and building relationships 90% of time spent overseeing daily operations Meet regularly with Directors for ongoing development and weekly leadership meetings Implementing and updating changes to systems and processes in order to improve team efficiency and guest experience Ensure high food safety scores and customers scores, and incorporating any learnings into training and coaching for team members Hold team members accountable to all Chick-fil-A standards, policies and procedures; ensure fair disciplinary action Provide clear, kind, and consistent communication and feedback Think strategically for the business; collaborating, adjusting, and propelling the business to reach goals Be a source of encouragement and positivity for the team, acting as a cheerleader and celebrating wins big and small Engage with, challenge, and motivate team members to accomplish difficult and hard to reach goals, while inspiring those around them to have fun and build life impacting relationships with team members and guests Uphold the Chick-fil-A standards and policies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred (not required)1-3+ years of working experience (business, athletics, clubs, etc) with positive results to show Career Oriented Proven leadership experience - have led and developed teams Organized, detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow through Results oriented and able to work in a very fast-paced, high-stress environment High emotional Intelligence; Passion for people and delivering world class service Systems thinker; innovator; problem-solverEffective communicator with the entire team Demonstrates servant-leadership mentality Sense of ownership; self-motivated with a willingness and eagerness to learn Takes initiative; driven and hardworking individual with a growth mindset Desire to care for and develop others Strong relationship builder Day in the Life/Schedule Monday- Saturday | 45-50 hours | Sunday and one additional day off Monday-Thursday each week Must be able to work all major holidays During the first 30-60 days, this leader will learn all levels of leadership below the Restaurant Director role within the business and learn alongside, serve and interact with team members. Expect to rotate between opening and closing shifts. Overview: Spend each day thinking for and leading a fast-paced, ever-changing, multi-million-dollar business. You will push team members to be their best while delivering excellent customer service. You will wear multiple hats and have your hand in innovation and strategy, vision, customer service, and goal setting to ensure core restaurant operations are meeting/ exceeding Chick-fil-A’s high standards. Potential Total Compensation: $98,460 per year Base Salary ~ $62,000-$72,000 Additional Benefits Health Insurance ~ $6,600 401k ~ $2,170-$2,485 Tuition Reimbursement ~ $15,840 Paid Time Off ~ 2 weeks.
