ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I managed an optical eye care store, where I developed a passion for customer service, leadership, and helping people through important decisions.

I graduated from University of North Dakota and enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dog. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or enjoying just about anything sports-related.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Jayden Sherrard - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
