ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I managed an optical eye care store, where I developed a passion for customer service, leadership, and helping people through important decisions.

I graduated from University of North Dakota and enjoy spending time with my significant other and our dog. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course or enjoying just about anything sports-related.

As a brand-new agency, I’m excited to become involved in the community and build strong local relationships in the years ahead. Giving back and supporting the community will be an important part of our agency’s future.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jayden Sherrard - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
