Requirements Diagnose and repair European luxury and performance vehicles (Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.), ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in European vehicle technology through ongoing training and technical service bulletins. Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding vehicle issues services, and repairs. Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient repairs. Maintain a and organized work environment, adhering to safety and company policies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with European vehicles (preferred). Strong knowledge of European automotive systems, including advanced diagnostics and repair techniques. Ability to work with factory-level diagnostic tools and vehicle-specific software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear, concise manner. A strong passion for high-end vehicles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
