Business and Commerce Assessment Content Author and Reviewer

Role Overview

Create and validate rigorous academic assessment content that helps benchmark AI capabilities across business and commerce disciplines. You will contribute through either question authoring or question verification, producing high-quality multiple-choice assessments and evaluating their accuracy, clarity, and difficulty.

Business & Commerce Domains

Logistics and supply chain management, operations research analysis, sustainability, management analysis, product management and strategy, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Author original, challenging business questions that assess deep conceptual understanding rather than surface-level recall.
• Ensure every question is unambiguous, self-contained, precisely defined, and includes all information needed to solve it.
• Classify question difficulty as Medium, introductory undergraduate; Hard, advanced undergraduate; or Expert, postgraduate and above.
• Provide one correct answer and nine plausible, subtly incorrect alternatives designed to challenge expert-level solvers.
• Write step-by-step solutions with clear, concise reasoning in Markdown format.
• Include one to five academic references for each question from reputable sources, such as peer-reviewed journals or university repositories.
• For verification assignments, review prewritten questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, completeness, precision, and solvability; edit as needed and document the rationale for each change.
• For authoring assignments, create original questions in your area of expertise, rate their difficulty, and submit them for review.

Qualifications

• PhD, DBA, or current doctoral candidacy in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• An MBA or master''s degree may be considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific business subdomain.
• Strong graduate-level knowledge of business strategy, organizational theory, and quantitative methods.
• Industry leadership experience or published business research is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written English and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Work Terms

• Fully remote, asynchronous hourly work.
• Expected commitment of at least 10 hours per week.

Compensation

$77 to $98 per hour.
