Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with website and advertising leads to set appointments for estimates
• Generate new business with area builders, contractors, and remodelers
• Represent Eden Windows & Doors at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance
• Continuously strengthen product knowledge and professional sales skills
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction or related industry preferred)
• Strong sales presence with excellent communication and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and solve problems in real time
• Knowledge of construction industry products/vendors — or the ability to learn quickly
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel within the Tulsa metro area

Schedule: Full-time Hybrid - Office / Jobsites (Approximately 50 mile radius of Tulsa, OK)
