About This Role The RN - Geriatric Psych Inpatient role involves managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care for patients in a psychiatric setting. This position is ideal for nurses who are dedicated to providing compassionate care and supporting patient-centered practices. Highlights Location: Westerly, RI What You’ll Do Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously. Document assessment information appropriately. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures. Act as a clinical resource and role model for staff. Participate in training and educational activities for staff. Demonstrate respect, dignity, and professionalism towards all customers. Recognize and value contributions of fellow employees. Report to work on time and follow hospital policies regarding attendance. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Experience: Previous Geriatric Psych experience preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current RI License. BLS required.
