What we need is for our team to show up, support each other and be the best you can be for our residents.Description:We are looking for a reliable and experienced second shift Part-Time Environmental Services Technician to join our team. This position involves working some weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional quality, reliability, and the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and the public. This role requires a commitment of 25 hours per week.Duties:Perform cleaning tasks following Taylor's standards, including wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting (both high and low surfaces), polishing, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.Assist with laundry services as needed.Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely.Engage closely with residents.Receive training to support individuals with dementia.Total Compensation:Competitive hourly rate in the Lakes area.Health, dental, and vision insurance for less than $100 per month.Shift differentials for weekends and double time for holidays.401(k) plan with company match.Generous paid time off (PTO) program.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.Must have a clear driver's license.We are an EOE.We have smoke free campuses and are a drug free employer.Being a healthcare employer, all canidates must go through a background check.
