Job Title: QA Automation Architect Location: Dallas, TX Experience: 15+ Duration: Long term PLEASE MENTION THE CURRENT LOCATION,VISA STATUS AND LINKEDIN URL Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise-grade automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Selenium, Java, Robot Framework, and Playwright , along with hands-on experience in building automation strategies, CI/CD integration, and mentoring QA teams. This role requires strong technical leadership, framework design skills, and the ability to drive automation best practices across complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Architect and design end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework . Define automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices across UI, API, and backend automation. Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks from scratch . Lead implementation of CI/CD integration using Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps. Build automation solutions for cross-browser, cross-platform, and parallel execution . Design and implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber / Gherkin where applicable. Perform code reviews , ensure test framework quality, and enforce coding standards. Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, Product, and Business teams . Drive test automation adoption and maturity across programs. Mentor and guide QA engineers and SDETs. Evaluate and onboard new automation tools and technologies . Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills 10+ years of overall QA experience with 5+ years as Automation Architect / Lead Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java Advanced experience with Playwright automation Strong working experience with Robot Framework Expertise in automation framework architecture and design patterns Strong programming skills in Java API automation experience using REST Assured / Postman / Karate Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker Strong understanding of test strategy, test architecture, and QA governance Good to Have Cloud testing experience ( AWS / Azure / GCP ) Performance testing knowledge ( JMeter / Gatling / LoadRunner ) Security testing exposure Experience in microservices & containerized environments Automation Framework & Tools Selenium WebDriver Playwright Robot Framework Java TestNG / JUnit Cucumber (BDD) REST Assured / Karate Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI Docker Git / Bitbucket Allure / Extent / Report Portal Argyll Infotech, Inc.
