HVAC Project Coordinator

Supporting customers from post-sale to project completion, the full-time hourly HVAC Project Coordinator will manage a high volume of cases, ensure timely communication, and drive a superior customer experience in a 100% remote work environment. Key responsibilities Provide consistent customer communication through introductory, confirmation, and close-out calls Act as the sole point of contact for customers, updating information and managing project expectations Assist with Mass Save Rebates and initiate project payments while maintaining case close times Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
