Project Coordinator

What happens when a mechanical contractor is about more than just HVAC and controls? This role is part of a team focused on designing and building projects for our clients. We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Design & Build Install team. Responsibilities Coordinate with sales representatives, lead field engineers, and customers to schedule new projects Generate purchase orders and assist with parts and equipment ordering Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the logistics team and vendors Coordinate manpower with other departments Manage monthly cost, schedule, and performance of all ongoing projects Review associated revenue and costs on each project Help develop and implement new processes and procedures Qualifications Efficiency with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to get things done, overcome obstacles, and deliver results Ability to multitask and be a team player Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package, including a bonus incentive program Comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance (no employee contribution toward premiums) 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Excellent working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr TUDI Mechanical Systems
