You will have the opportunity to build relationships while selling commercial doors and door products. If you have a knack for sales and business development, please apply!Job Responsibilities:Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding areasMeet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standardsMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimumMinimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalitiesPrefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experienceExcellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentStrong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferredThe anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
