You'll embed directly with customers, translate their hardest problems into working AWS solutions, and stay hands-on from the first conversation through production rollout. You're measured by outcomes the customer can feel, and by the business you help create.You'll lead technical discovery, build rapid proofs of concept that win trust, and convert that trust into signed engagements and expansions. Because you're closest to the customer, you share directly in the revenue you generate through a competitive, uncapped commission structure.What You'll DoCustomer EmbeddingDeploy directly into customer environments — remotely or on-site — as the primary technical partner, owning the relationship from discovery through deliveryServe as a hands-on escalation point for complex technical issues during deliveryBuild to WinDevelop high-impact proofs of concept and working prototypes that demonstrate value quickly and move deals forwardDesign and implement migration, modernization, and DevOps solutions, staying hands-on throughout the project lifecycleDrive RevenueIdentify expansion and new-engagement opportunities within your accounts, lead the technical sale, and closeCreate detailed level-of-effort estimates and scope-of-work documents that turn discovery into signed statements of workLead Technical DiscoveryAct as the primary technical voice in customer calls, leading discussions, scoping needs, and presenting solutionsConduct Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) assessments and lead workshops to evaluate cloud migration readinessTeam & GrowthGuide team members on AWS solutions, migration strategies, and field best practicesStay current on AWS offerings, DevOps tooling, and emerging technologiesWhat We're Looking ForRequiredExtensive hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, EKS, and ECSProven ability to lead technical conversations and translate business needs into solutions that closeTrack record of leading successful AWS migration and modernization projects end to endStrong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodeSuite, CircleCI)Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormationFamiliarity with the AWS Well-Architected FrameworkStrong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real time, in front of customersExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishStrongly PreferredAWS Professional and specialty certificationsPrior experience in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or cloud consulting role with a commercial componentExperience with Data, Machine Learning, or AI technologiesA history of growing accounts or driving revenue as a technical contributorKnowledge of advanced AWS services or emerging technologiesWho Will Thrive HereYou love being on the ground with customers, building real things fast, and getting rewarded for the deals you drive.
