Our platform is powered by Clark, an AI agent backed by organizational memory that can explore company data and generate enterprise software within strict security, compliance, and execution boundaries.As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll own the technical success of a set of enterprise customers. You'll partner with platform administrators and application builders to deploy Superblocks, build production applications, solve complex technical challenges, and accelerate customer outcomes. As part of the team, you'll also contribute to onboarding, technical enablement, internal tooling, documentation, and product feedback.What You'll DoOwn the technical onboarding and success for a set of enterprise customersGuide customers on best practices and solution architecture Partner with customer administrators to deploy and operate Superblocks in enterprise environmentsWork directly with builders to design, build, and troubleshoot applicationsSolve technical challenges across integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructureCollect product feedback and work with Product Management to evolve the Superblocks platformPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes in productionBuild and maintain internal applications on Superblocks to improve our own operationsCreate technical documentation, implementation guides, and reusable solution patternsWhat We're Looking ForComputer Science degree or equivalent technical experienceStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quicklyExperience building software projects using modern programming languages and APIsExcellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customersHigh ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environmentsNice to Have:Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or SQLFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, networking, or enterprise authenticationExperience in solutions engineering, technical support, consulting, or customer-facing engineeringIf you're excited to build the experience that can enable the next billion builders and AI-powered apps, let's talk.
