Market VP of Patient Safety – Asheville, NC

Lead with purpose. Drive safer care. We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Market VP of Patient Safety to oversee and elevate patient safety initiatives across a dynamic healthcare market in Asheville, NC.

Salary: Up to $190,000 annually (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Lead system-wide patient safety strategies and initiatives
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Analyze data, identify risks, and implement evidence-based solutions
Partner with executive leadership, clinical teams, and quality departments

What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in patient safety, quality, or risk management
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare compliance
Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MPH, or related field)
