Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
