Customer Support Advocate

Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Customer Support Advocate will assist users through email, chat, and phone while becoming an expert in the company's applications during a 4-month remote contract. Key responsibilities: Become knowledgeable about the company's products to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns Attend online training and complete a 30-day trial period to meet performance expectations Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment while meeting daily goals Required qualifications: Ability to commit to at least 40 hours of work per week after the training period Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable computer and internet connection of at least 15 mbps Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and customer support techniques Proactive and hardworking attitude aligned with the company's culture and work ethics Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory
